Questify terms of service

These are the terms of an agreement between you and Questify Limited (Questify). By creating an online account and making use of Questify online services (SERVICES) you agree to abide by the terms of this agreement. The agreement is valid for the duration of your business relationship with Questify unless explicitly stated otherwise. Questify reserves the right to modify this agreement at its discretion and will inform you of such modifications as well as give you an opportunity to terminate the agreement. Your privacy

Questify stores and uses your business information exclusively for the purpose of providing you with requested SERVICES and billing. Your business information is retained for accounting purposes for the period required for compliance with business accounting guidelines. Questify will never sell of rent your business information to third parties or use it for purposes other than specified in this agreement without your explicit permission.

Use of services

Your use of the SERVICES may not involve or relate in any way to offensive or otherwise illegal activities. You may not use Questify SERVICES for distribution of unsolicited email or activities that otherwise interfere with the public interest or breach respondent privacy. You may not reverse engineer Questify SERVICES, integrate or resell these SERVICES without an explicit written permission from Questify. Breaching the above terms will result in immediate termination of your account and possible legal action.

Payment conditions

All due accounts must be paid within 15 calendar days of the billing date. Accounts past due will be subject to late fees. Questify reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account pending arrival of your payment. Suspension or termination of your account does not void your payment obligations.

Termination conditions

You can terminate your Questify account at your own discretion at any time. Questify reserves the right to terminate or suspend the accounts resulting a breach of the terms of this agreement. Account termination does not void any outstanding payment obligations.

Liability

You hereby agree not to hold Questify liable for any direct, indirect or implied damages that result from or are in any way related to the use of SERVICES. The SERVICES are provided on 'best effort' terms. Questify will make every effort possible to maintain usability and accessibility of the SERVICES. Questify will however not be held responsible for any interruptions or outages in the SERVICES.
